The top plate is on the tranny and it's back in "good as new" condition. Also shown is a custom shifter mount I jerry-rigged up. This mounts the shifter witha bit of a forward tilt as well as gave me some needed clearance around the tranny mounting bracket for the linkage rods. The mount is just a pair of quarter inch galvenized steel plates I had laying around, hence the extraneous slots along the top/bottom of the bracket.
