The orange speedometer drive gear has been installed. The small kit does not come with a new drive gear, and mine was worn beyond use (they're nylon), so I had to order a new one from David Kee. Again, going with his large rebuild kit would have paid off since it includes one of these. Both shift forks have also been installed with their shafts.
