The 1st/2nd synchronizer has been taken apart and cleaned. The small rebuild kit from David Kee provided new springs (lower left). Cleaning was real easy - a little mineral spirits and a toothbrush cleaned everything up real easy. All the gears, synchros, "dogs" (the three little stamped pieces in the lower right of the picture) were in good shape, so none needed replacement or any machine work.
